The End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs the licensing of the FT Ham software. By using this application, you agree to both the EULA and these Terms of Use. You can read the full EULA in the FT Ham app.
By installing or using FT Ham (“the Application”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application is intended primarily for personal use. Use is permitted under the terms of the applicable open-source licenses. You agree not to use it for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
FT Ham does not collect personal data. All settings and preferences remain on your device.
FT Ham does not collect, store, or share personal data through the application. All application data (settings, logs, preferences) remains entirely on the user’s device and is never transmitted by the application itself.
The FT HAM website may collect anonymous usage statistics via Google Firebase Analytics, only after explicit user consent. No personally identifiable information is collected.

FT Ham does not receive or store any payment card, billing, or personal information. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy and App Store terms for details.

These services collect and process data independently. FT Ham does not control these platforms and is not responsible for any personal information submitted there. Please review the third-party privacy policies before donating.
All donations are voluntary. FT Ham does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Users are solely responsible for donation decisions.
All code, graphics, and content in FT Ham are released under applicable open-source licenses unless otherwise stated. Use, modification, and redistribution are permitted under the terms of those licenses (including the MIT License).
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FT Ham and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or at our discretion. Termination does not limit other remedies available under the law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of FT Ham constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms and the EULA are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Spanish courts unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
