FT Ham collects minimal diagnostic data to improve app stability and fix bugs. All diagnostic data sent to external servers is automatically sanitized to remove personally identifiable information such as callsigns and grid locators.
The Application operates primarily on your device: all settings, preferences, and QSO logs remain local and are never transmitted to external servers. Only anonymous diagnostic data (crash reports and errors) is sent to Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix issues.
The FT HAM website may collect anonymous usage statistics via Google Firebase Analytics, only after explicit user consent. No personally identifiable information is collected.
